Ryszard Kowalewski, a mason who emigrated from Poland founded KR Concrete-Masonary Contractors in 1991. He originally concentrated on small domestic jobs and progressed to carrying out a whole range of residential and commercial contracts.

Kris Moroz joined Ryszard in 1996. At this time they created KR General Contractors LLC., combining Ryszard's field experience with Kris's technical background and managerial experience.

KR General Contractors LLC., rapidly grew and established itself in the local construction market. We now have reliable expertise and pride ourselves in servicing major developers in stucco, natural stone, prefab stone and brick veneer work.

AMKA Construction Services LLC., was established in 2004. AMKA offers a wide range of construction services, both residential and commercial.

Precision Homes LLC., was established in 2005. Precision Homes specializes in remodeling existing homes, additions and new homes construction.
